Can some one please critique my play, invoker isn't my strongest hero and we lost (not my fault). We kind of threw the game and by we i mean timber and qop....
But were 5 stacked so it was ok lots of all chat, so be prepared.

I will watch the replay, but judging by the stats alone from dotabuff, it seems it was a pretty up and down game, you were ahead in experience for a long time, the enemies got ahead, you got ahead , but then they managed to win it. I'll let you know more when I have seen the replay.

Can't watch the replay sadly, but even without it your team's item choices seem strange. Have only played QoP(and few games as Invoker) so I may be very wrong but still...

Armlet, Dagon and BF(while nobody on enemy's team has illusions) on Timber?

Invoker with Radiance and Shiva without Skadi/Bloodstone/Atos/another "fat" item? You need some damn hp to make shiva and radiance work.

2 orb effect "why-would-i-need-bkb-better-get-2nd-shiva" qop.

Bloodstone Disruptor.

Zero BKBs.
Zero(ok 1) Ghost Scepters against Kenkka and Drow.
Zero Halberds against same heroes.
Zero Hexes against Centaur.
Zero invis detection.

I must watch the replay for it, but I suppose zero teamplay as you haven't coordinated your items and your gameplay to ff while you had it.

=GG. Thrown game, honestly never could tell you were 5-man stack and not 5 random people.

I'm sorry if it was a little harsh, but you should really improve on your item choices and teamplay.

Ok first your item build, never get radiance on him again, point.
Also the euls, since you went quas wex there is no reason to get it, the item itself is really underwhelming without the sunstrike meteor blast combo.
Shiva is good, but hex is usually much better.

About your skillbuild, now im not an invoker player but i believe that when you go quas wex you should start maxing exort after you maxed wex, since leveling quas beyond 4 doesnt add much.

Euls is a cheap control. Which his team was pretty much all burst with very little control. I usually get Euls while QW Invoker if I know that I won't be able to farm a Scythe any time soon.

But agree with Radiance. Bad choice.

We got QoP without Orchid.

We got BF Timber without Bloodstone or blademail.

No AC or ghost Scepter. Only one eblade vs a very heavy right clicking team.

Basically you lost due to your teams item choices.

I personally think euls is a bit overvalued, its not like you remove a hero for that long, and you cant attack him, if you know there is a good chance that you will finish your hex, and he probably had this game, then there is no reason to delay it by getting euls..

I didn't watch the replay and I probably don't have the time too but look at Peepo's guide on Invoker. http://www.dotafire.com/dota-2/guide/peppo-opaccios-super-in-depth-competitive-invoker-guide-for-all-skill-levels-6-81b-9223

If you were casting those spell combo's you were doing it right. Quas/Wex is pretty straight forward since your main combo is EMP/ Tornado and throw a Cold Snap in too.

I'm a relatively new invoker player but your item choice (your whole team for that matter) Radiance really serves no purpose on Invoker since what you need is levels and not gold. And you should have an Orchid/Scythe and a BKB.
