NOTE FROM THREADOFFATE

I have to sincerely thank Yzreel for making Pory's one for me :P. Now I get to move straight on to Bunkan(see)

Bunkan, God of Mystery and Change

Radiant Intelligence
Support/Lane support
Base strength: 20(+2.1)
Base agility: 20(+2.1)
Base intelligence: 20(+2.1)
Base armour: 1
Base damage: 60
Movespeed: 300
Attack type: Ranged

Lore

The magical connections between civilizations are managed by some of the most powerful entities in the world. There are four in total: Thread, Pory, Bunkan and Yzreel.

Thread is the innovator of the four, constantly improving connections and devising new methods of warfare.

Pory is the more patient of the four, often laying in wait for decades until the time is right to strike a powerful blow.

Bunkan is a mystery, constantly changing from serious to laid-back in an instant. If he is called to battle, however, he becomes a formidable opponent.

Yzreel is the teacher, evaluating and making changes to the other four's style of battle, and with good reason. The amount of battle experience he holds makes him perfect for the title.

Long ago, the four nations lived in harmony, but everything changed when the- Wait wrong script.

Long ago, the four gods watched over the galactic connection, protecting it with their very lives if needed. In order to do so, each deity often took turns going to the planet in order to prevent the discovery of their home.

Skills

Q(a): Debuff purge (target ally)

Bunkan's pure cheerfulness happily absorbs
the effects of debuffs for a duration.
Does not affect magic immune units.
If the effects run out before the debuff, the debuff
resumes as if nothing changed.

Duration: 4/5/6/7
Cooldown: 17
Mana cost: 110

"A stun! Here, let me take that for you!"

Q(b): Buff purge (target enemy)

Bunkan's nerves in combat completely removes
buffs from opponents for a duration. Does not
affect magic immune units. If the effects of Buff purge
run out before the buff, the buff resumes as if nothing
Changed.

Duration: 4/5/6/7
Cooldown: 17
Mana cost: 110

"God's strength? Not anymore."

W(a): Cheerfulness (Click ground, AoE)

Bunkan's endless good mood spreads to his allies,
healing and granting them movement speed.

Heal: 50/100/150/200
Movespeed(+): 30%/35%/40%/45%
Duration: 3/4/5/6
Cooldown: 13
Mana cost: 130

"So apparently this heals you. Somehow."

W(b): Battle rage (Click ground, AoE)

Bunkan's hatred for his opponents is touchable,
damaging and slowing an enemy for the duration.

Damage: 50/100/150/200
Movespeed(-): 30%/35%/40%/45%
Duration: 3/4/5/6
Cooldown: 13
Mana cost: 130

"So apparently this damages you. Neat.

E: Mood swing (Toggle)

Bunkan's mood swings rapidly between serious
and nonsensical, replacing the Q and W abilities depending
on which state you are in. These abilities share cooldowns.
If one form of the ability is on Cooldown, so is the other one. Default
(without levels) is nonsensical.

Nonsensical abilities: Debuff purge, Cheerfulness
Serious abilities: Buff purge, Battle Rage.
Bonus evasion when in NS form: 10%/15%/20%/25%
Bonus damage when in Serious form: 10%/15%/20%/25%
Bonus armour when in Serious form: 2/3/4/5
Bonus movespeed when in NS form: 10/15/20/25

R: Change is inevitable (Active, Global)

Bunkan fulfils his title of "god of change" by swapping
the stats of either friends or enemies, depending on the "Mood Swing"
state. If in nonsensical mode, Bunkan grants every carry on his team
extra damage, and every support double mana pools for the duration.
If in serious form, Bunkan drains the attack of all enemy carries and
halves the mana pool of enemy supports. Other classes of heroes are not
affected. Does not affect magic immune allies/enemies. Can be purged.

Ally carry extra damage:100/140/180(*120/160/200)
Ally support mana pool: 200%
Enemy carry negative damage: 100/140/180(*120/160/200)
Enemy support mana pool: 50%
Duration: 5/6/7(*6/7/8)
Cooldown: 80/70/60
Mana cost: 100/150/200

"I am Bunkan, God of Change. Change is, and therefore I am, inevitable!"

(*With Aghanim's scepter)

Might be OP, might be interesting.

Bunkansee is actually not that OP, I feel like he is limited in his actions since his single-target Q and W skills have separate cooldowns. Though the Q skills are quite strong, I feel like the W skills should be AoE and the slow should be toned down a bit. The Ultimate would be fun though, because then enemies like Phantom Assassin will crit for 0 damage and Lion will no longer be able to cast Finger of Death, while your allies are buffed tremendously. You didn't specify the duration though, better work on that. :D

This stuff is fun, I wanna make one about Xyrus and his obsession with maths 8{D *<--- uses Xyrus's moustached smiley blatantly*

Changes have been made. Also, make it as underpowered as possible to fit Xyrus (Don't kill me 8{D)

I also want to make Xyrus!!! 8{(

Okay, one thing I don't get about this hero is his third skill. I mean, if all it does is change his other skill's effects why bother leveling it? Since it seems to me that level 1 at it and level 4 has the same effect. Also, do you mean that without third skill all his skills does nothing? I don't get it man..... I will refrain from continuing to await the answers.

Perhaps adding a passive bonus when each is active would be good (like bonus damage when serious, evasion and speed when nonsensical etc.)

Good night, guys!
