Then I will get it on . He doesn't need magic resistance to stay alive since he has the highest strength gain in all of dota and can go for a pure tank build instead of pipe.

Pipe is for the team mostly, its nice since it also reduces double edges self damage. I normally go for an armor item and then just stack strength (mostly hearts).

Agreed. If heroes like , or the aforementioned got the item and then stack strength/health, they would be unstoppable.

Yes, porygon, that seems rather true. So.... Maybe the item is just too broken?
Should it be an item not used at all or should there be other items to balance this?

This item is too powerful to dota, a butterfly gives at most 25% avoidance and costs 6k gold. I do not think it would fall well in a game where strategy and gameplay is everything. the game alone would depend on who farm this item first.
