100% correct.

People fail to realize the enemy team is just as full of feeders and baddies as theirs is.

Only way to improve is to accept that you are on the same level as everyone else in your bracket, and figure out what you're doing wrong that's holding you back (and unless you're 5k+ there's probably room for improvement in nearly every aspect of the game).

I realize that and accept it, Frankly im winning about 95% of my ranked games. However sometimes my team really does seem to be pretty bad and the other team not so much *cough cough when your lion gets MoM and your Spectre tower dives 10 times at level 1

Lol you people talk about carrying your team, selfish kids, ever tried supporting in your life?

Its fools like you who cant support and ruin some1's carry game.

I play all heroes all roles, but in the end if your team sucks beyond doglike, you CANT win, its a TEAM GAME, you CANT 1v5.

My MMR was 2800 in the beginning, went up to 3300 which is still way to low for my skill level and exp, then dropped to 2400, I raised it up to a respectable 3800, now due to a long streak of feeders and quitters i went down to 2400 and managed to pull it to 2600 today.

At the end of the day, if your team sucks your MMR goes down, in rapid succession, it keeps going down.

I primarily play Support actually. A good Support player can still win matches, just by creating space and keeping their cores safe.

If you aren't able to, then maybe "3300 which is still way to low for my skill level and exp" isn't so far off after all, hmm?

For one, I would kindly ask you to stop the double posts.

Now, onto the topic. From what I've read, I see that here everyone (except a certain individual) undermines support.I've been playing the "overnerfed" Earth Spirit for a couple of days now and I have to say that I've had a lot of fun doing insane things like a Kamikaze build with blademail and still manage to win games with it.

Even if not all the games there are ranked, it shows the power of "Creating space".

This ^

There are even some Supports who can Roam and Kill effectively even if their Cores are complete n00bs who don't help out, e.g. Vengeful Spirit, Windranger, Shadow Demon, etc.

...or Earth Spirit.

You can even have success with Roamers, like Mirana and Pudge although it can be hard to so much as break even with the other Team's Support even if you dominate with these guys.

this thread is still being commented on, huh. Any ways although I do see the value in supports and I do play them quite a bit in games because no one else picks them :S the problem is the carries on my team really seem to go out of there way to suicide. but yeah im winning so its cool
