Jungle meepo works quite well, from what i have seen. Its insanely risky though. Just think about your lanes. You have 1 offlaner, 1 carry and 1 jungle meepo....thats 3/5 of your team being entirely useless in the first 10-15 minutes of the game. if the enemy team is goin for an aggressive trilane your carry will be in big pain and there is basically no way to help him out. Chose the 2nd answer.

I usually play it as safe lane farmer...
By lvl 3 the clone stays in lane and the main meepo farms the jungle and/or roams for ganking...

full jungle time may be efficient, but can't disagree on L0bstz0r about the hard time for your carry to farm against an aggressive tri-lane...
