Sudden strike when nobody expects, also can cause most damage 1vs1.

1v1 I would go with Spectre > Riki > Slark, rest of heroes aren't even close to them in terms of dealing dmg.

Bounty Hunter because it's easier to Hunt early game, than when everyone is huddled up in groups of 5, and he is the most effective of them all Early Game 8)

Void chronoshphere is wasted if we are talking about 1 vs 1 , and still some heroes can hold 6 seconds and then escape or something.

The same is to be said about Spectre's Haunt and Tidehunter's Ravage.


With farm, Faceless Void is arguably the best 1v1 hero in the game.




EDIT:
Among those on the list, a farmed Spectre will own everything else.
