An idea at a fully passive/toggle/aura centric ability support inspired by a Fire Emblem Gaiden Chapter 18x: Imprisoner of Magic

Looks something like this:

http://fireemblem.wikia.com/wiki/Kishuna

OFFICIAL NAME : The Magic Seal/Imprisoner of Magic
Notes : Dire, Ranged, Intel
Roles: Support, Lane-Support

LORE: Know only as a rumor from origins unknown. Stories tell of a wizard who's mere presence makes the most powerful of Mage's crumble to his feet. A walking seal, The Imprisoner of Magic is what he is simply refered to. When he arrives, his presence is felt. No one gets in to see the wizard, not no way not no how.

STATS
Hp - 479
Strength: 14 + 1.2
Inteligence: 26 + 2.9
Agility: 19 + 2.5

ABILITIES:

Magic Strike [Passive]
The Magic Seal infuses his next attack with a powerful blast of magic in a small AOE. enemies within this AOE take extra magical damage, a small drain in mana, and brief reduction in move speed.

Magic Damage: 35/75/100/150
Mana Drained on hit: 35/75/100/200
AOE Range: 250
Move Speed Reduction/Duration: 10% for 1.5 seconds
Cooldown : 10/7/5/3
Mana Cost : 25/50/75/100
Range : 500

Energy Drain [Toggle]
The Magic Seal creates a weakening aura at the cost of his own mana. Targets within range of the aura lose mana per second and have their move and attack speed lowered in relation to the amount of mana they currently have while in the aura.

Range: 350/450/550/700
Mana Drain per second: 20/40/60/80
Max Move speed slow when below 30% mana: 5%/10%/20%/30%
Max Attack Speed Slow when below 30% mana: 10%/20%/40%/50%
Mana Cost per second: 30/50/70/90

Magic Seal [Passive]
Imprisoner of Magic's mere presence on the battlefield creates an aura that silences anyone who comes within range of Him.
Range: 350/450/550/700

Ultimate: Teleport [Channel]
Teleports The Imprisoner of Magic to Fountain, a tower, or hero on the map

Cast time: 3 Seconds
Cooldown: 90/60/45

***Aghanim's scepter UPGRADE***

Increases Magic Seal range to 850 and lowers cooldown of teleport to 30 seconds

Let me know what you guys think. I'm thinking he would be frail and easily destroyed if focused and has one decent farm tool (Magic Strike) while mostly being duo-trilane centric support. My stats may not be too accurate for him, but any feedback is welcome. Thanks for looking!

Energy Drain seems well-balanced because you have to really mana drain more than one enemy for it to be beneficial.

My only thought is Level 4 Magic Seal may be a bit OP. Permanent silence in a range that negates almost everything? Seems like only a handful of abilities could even hit him. Plus, what's to stop him from using a Shadw Blade and just making everyone silenced while he stands invisible in the middle of their team?

Silence Aura + Blink Dagger is my biggest concern. Almost like Global Silence but last until teamfight's over.

Silence aura can't happen without being really really OP in my opinion. How about an active that silences for a few seconds and takes intelligence from everyone in an AOE?
I got to Notable, Thanks!

Thanks for Replies.

-Never considered the invisibility cheapness. How about the passive stops when invisible and reactivates when visible again?

-I like the active ability alternative R-Conqueror suggests, but what if we just turned the silence AOE passive into a toggle ability with a high mana drain on Magic Seal while active? I could see this developing different builds and strategies as you would have to pick between focus farming on mana regen to keep auras up, strength to toughen his frailness, or a combination of the two to make a well rounded build.

-I would say if you toggled both auras at the same time with no regen, they would drain your mana very quickly.

-My structure for Magic Seal is a glass cannon approach that will be focused in team fights and can get easily ganked. His offense is only really powerful as the team he is with.

-Lower the AOE of silence aura (300/400/500/600) and this will balance a little more, because if Magic Seal blinks in with dagger or teleport, he will be closer to the enemies where his old frail body can easily get killed. Hence playing a risk/reward strategy.

-Another question to ponder is BKB immunity or not? I would say his mana drain is not BKB immune for sure, but I think keeping his silence toggle BKB immune is fair, because he would simply be reduced to a walking teleporter.

Thoughts?
