in early PBs... in a rating <15 I would agree with Drow Ranger and add Spirit Breaker as it does not need much to master them.

But I would like to add Skeleton King as it is a quite easy hero in low ratings with Hellfire Blast and not to forget Reincarnation. While my first 10 games after finishing tutorial I ruled the games with him. Stun your foes and if you fail you are just back again.

Most OP support in early PBs is Omniknight from my point of view.
He does not need many items. Low experienced players have no idea how to counter his spells / how to purge the shield and after level 6 he easily carries his team to victory.

All of you are silly willys!

If you are talking about brainless, easy to use, heros, that any noob can contribute to the game with, then I would say #1 Drow Ranger and #2 Spirit Breaker. Any pub game that I play, I give a 90% chance that the player is going to act noob and be uncooperative with the team, because they rely on their easy to play hero and start trying to play quake.

If you are talking about actual damage and game winning utility, then I'd have to pick supports. Dark Seer contributes more to winning the game then any carry in any pub game I've played. Pugna also melts faces taking down 5k hp heroes in a second, after you learn to play him. I've had my longest killing streaks with those heros, on occasion as high as 20:2 as a support while buying a courier, warding, and going for mechanism! No carry I've played does that well.

I consider Bounty Hunter a semi carry. I always win games when I play him. It is almost boring. In pub games people are just too clueless. It is simple to shut him down, but they never do. I can as high as 30:5 before they even think about warding or carrying dust.

If we limit to carry only, I'd have to sat that statistically, given good players behind the wheel, Outworld Devourer wins me the most games, usually out damaging any other carry by mid game and having more survivability. How much dmg am I doing with 200 int? I dunno, but I 2 hit Urza before he even gets to me.

Pretty much any hero that you can blast all your cool downs with and win with the lease amount of early game farm.... then hide in the trees until your off cool down ;) gg

Most overpowered? Probably would've gone with naix before his open wounds nerf, but currently? Hmmm in game probably would have to say its pretty well balanced but wisp is still imba depending on his partners, he's ******ed with CK or Tiny.

Alchemist is pretty silly too, his farm gets rediculous.
Step 1: Pick Bristleback
Step 2: type in all chat:"GL hf"
Step 3: solo offlane
Step 4: first blood triple kill solo vs trilane
Step 5: continue head butting keyboard
Step 6: don't care, Bristleback doesn't give a ****
Step 7: screenshot repeated: BB OP comments in all chat
Step 8: alternate games with Slark pick

Spirit Breaker is not overpowered, he charges+ults and hes dead

You guys know what the best counter to SB is?
Something Rare in Pubs:

Vision, and stun him..if hes trying to ferry naix, than pick bane to shut down naix, and reliable stuns...with vision Mirana'a spear is hilarious, because most SB pub players will derp charge, and wont cancel to evade the arrow, vanish with her ult and follow up...its even funnier when someone puts mask of madness on him...especially if you have something like a sven.

Sven. He has a good excape and a great stun. If you buy MoM like a normal person you are pretty much un killable. And if oyu buy battle fury you get 100% cleave witch is great for farming.

I would have to still say batrider is still pretty damn silly, honestly ever since they sped up his turn rate and left him he's been insanely good. Troll Warlord is still pretty damn crazy, that ultimate is too low a cd for such a massive buff.
I would say alchemist, but if someone lets him farm it's their fault, he can still be out carried and locked down (bane comes to mind in lieu of the presence of early bkb's).
Nothing else really comes to mind, but definitely are some heroes that need attention because they're a bit off or not really that good, for instance put Invokers stats back at least closer to what they were TI2, and mirana l, in wc3 she was fun, HoN (Valkyrie) she is awesome, in dota 2 she just feels clunky and a bit off maybe more move speed? Or make the arrow less obvious?

In pubs Riki because no one buys Dust or anything.

In my experience of balanced matches and one character just breaking it, though, Drow Ranger and Troll Warlord have seemed to just carry ****py teams so often I have to vote for them.
