Butterfly's evasion doesn't stack with PA's Blur.

Edit: just notice MR said that already.

Just a quick note; you wrote "70% dodge" on the complete build data which is incorrect. The evasion from Butterfly does not stack with PA's Blur.

I have to say, the first one is a very creative build, but it only works in low-skill pubs. Mask of Madness adds more vulnerability, which is already high on a Hero like Phantom Assassin, and can get you killed several times. Plus, if you don't buy a Black King Bar even just one stun or slow will get you killed as you don't have any survivability items: I suggest to buy a Drum of Endurance straight after boots, as it gives you a solid mid game, cheap stats, and useful aura and easier farming. Plus, you may want to consider the BKB straight after or before the Skull Basher.

The other builds are nice, but I don't quite get why you want an Armlet of Mordiggian on the third one: you should aim for your Battle Fury as fast as possible as it is a farming item; you should normally get it by ~15 seconds, but even 20-25 seconds is fine in pub games.
The Armlet of Mordiggian just disrupts the usefulness of your BF: you can either get it straight after the BF (and it takes about half the time, if not less, than farming it before) or just go for the Helm of the Dominator and stack ancients with a dominated creep, which is the most common choice.
