DreamReaver or DreamSlayer if you prefer a hero which will destroy a slightest hope of victory in enemy subconscious!
The main Protagonist must be manly enough so what more bad *** than STRENGTH melee fighter!

I.Summary
1st."Psionic Wave" spell is AOE wave which will dmg and then mana burn all enemies which were hit (the opposite of mana burn but aoe)
2th."Dream Reaver" a SELF buff which will give you Attack Speed and life steal for some time(inspired from w3 item pot vampire blood i thinks it was its name)
3rd."Distortion" is a big aura(passive) which will give miss chance to enemies heroes and chance to miss even for towers(it stacks but not full %)!
4th."Dream Realm"This skill is kind of similar to Astral Imprisonment and Disruption from Destroyer and Shadow Demon but instead of a single target and non executable space it will be in other dimension ,dream realm or subconscious where you will be free to execute your moves whit in the boundaries.



II.Story
Dream Reaver "Rain/Kaziel" is a strategic hero disabling opponents and leaving them in tactical disadvantage.Good for infiltration and strong team play.Leaving enemies with no mana and hollow attacks ,even banishing them in another world!
A warrior from other dimension disturbing enemies lines .He feed on opponent dreams by destroying them both mental and physical.His origin is unknown but it is believed to be part of ancient creatures from long forgotten time.They were highly evolved for their time but also so cursed.He is maybe the last of their kind but still only a little part of him resemble to theirs.Traveling from world and time to the oddest places of The Dream Realm only to seek the god who banished their world in oblivion and a way to destroy him!



III.Spells
1.A wave of psionic energy burning life force and mental power from opponents dream realm!
Note:Slow project light speed!
I chose the stats of this spell compared to the other existing game spells.
For example Silencer do 400 hp and 200 mp dmg with Curse of the Silent over the duration but it can be stopped
due to the OP fact that you will got silenced or you wont have mana because of the skill.
Note that psionic wave can be dodged because of the animation not instant and big radius like Silencer first spell!


1lvl|mana 120|cd 15|range 600|radius 80|80 dmg to hp/mp
2lvl|mana 140|cd 15|range 600|radius 120|120 dmg to hp/mp
3lvl|mana 160|cd 15|range 600|radius 160|160 dmg to hp/mp
4lvl|mana 180|cd 15|range 600|radius 200|200 dmg to hp/mp

2.A inner SELF buff for lust to break the will of the opponent.Draining his dreams!
Note:This buff can be removed by purge effects!
I chose the stats of this spell because this is the ONLY reliable skill when it comes to the other spells of DreamReaver. The stats of the Attack Speed are not big compered to Magnus Empower or BroodMother Insatiable Hunger
but the lifesteal is handy and thus
you can use it often, over 10 sec.
Note that Psionic Wave can miss its targets,your aura is on chance to be activated and your Ulty depends a lot of the situation you are in.

1lvl|mana 110|cd 20|7 sec|buff 25% AS & 25% life steal
2lvl|mana 110|cd 19|7 sec|buff 30% AS & 30% life steal
3lvl|mana 110|cd 18|7 sec|buff 35% AS & 35% life steal
4lvl|mana 110|cd 17|7 sec|buff 40% AS & 40% life steal

3.Aura which give a chance to all enemy heroes and towers to launch they attacks in distorted reality!
Note:Can be countered by MKB!

I chose the stats for the passive compered to the other dodge passive skills in this game.
Normally it is 35% for Phantom Assassin or 25% + something else like Brewmaster or Faceless void.
Even evasion can be acquired from item and even so countered.
And besides under 20% i think it will be useless.
I left the radius 1000 because is active within and outside his ulty!

1lvl|radius 1000|permanent|miss chance 8%
2lvl|radius 1000|permanent|miss chance 12%
3lvl|radius 1000|permanent|miss chance 16%
4lvl|radius 1000|permanent|miss chance 20%

4.Launch all heroes in the location to a parallel dimension,no effect will be exchanged with the two realities for the duration!
Note:It require min 2 to max 10 targets, also you will always be trapped in it!
If you think 8 sec is too long and unfair you maybe right but only based on situation.
8 sec where you are trapped private and undisturbed with some heroes may be proven unfair but only if you do it so or enemy let you do it.
Note that this skill is to be cast close range on the targets even yours teammates and if they all are close next to one they can be trapped as team again.
Trapping whole team can be proven devastating , but Compared to Naga ulty
which has big range and radius and last only 6 seconds i think it will be fine.

1lvl|mana 200|cd 70|range 500|radius 500|4 sec send in other dimension
2lvl|mana 300|cd 80|range 500|radius 500|5 sec send in other dimension
3lvl|mana 400|cd 90|range 500|radius 500|6 sec send in other dimension



IV.Concept
"Dream Realm" the main purpose and idea of this hero.It is AOE spell which in principle catches a area of Hero units which will be send to another dimensions they will be left there for period of time with no way to get out or deal dmg to outsiders and so the outsiders will not be able to get in or deal dmg either EXCEPT DreamReaver skills (All opponents inside can fight normally )
There is many possibilities for this ultimate but the main purpose of this skill is to make players play with more team play because if you are not close to your team you literary become outsider!
Thus when opponents are close to each other it means they are in tactical disadvantage for AOE spells.
Catching them off guard when they are scattered will leave the possibility to lock them in combat with your carry undisturbed or trap someone alone to waste his potential in the fight.
But my favorite will be always with DreamReaver in his ulty
and here is the whole concept of its potential:
-when you start your ''duel'' you will use your first skill burning his mana leaving him with little choice for spells
-second you will boost your dmg and survivability with life steal
-third you passive will give you more durability when your opponent begin to miss.
-last but not least your First and third skill will go outside and inside your ulty so your team will not suffer from your disappearing nor you from theirs.


V.Stats under consideration
Strength: 23+3.0
Agility: 16+1.6
Intelligence: 19 + 2.0
Beginner HP/MP: 511/281
Damage: 49-55
Armor: 3.29
Move speed: 300
Attack Range: 170

My big question is does his E stack with other evation like PA and butterfly?

I a wondering about your synergy a little bit. His abilities point to support right?
My lone druid starting items are 12 Iron wood branches, 6 for the hero and 6 for the bear. Even if the bear does not get stats more twigs are OP on any hero.

You know that there is already a guy that feeds off of nightmares/dreams (Bane, which sounds extremely similar to "Rain") also i feel like that ultimate isn't that good (besides the damage) because you cant damage them or flank them when they are in it because they get out at the same time you do (and your partners cant damage them either because their targets are in the other dimension) also i feel like it should heal your partners within the radius or you or something from the damage dealt on the enemies asdlbgicmxweifjnpeqbjszvcznvildsbsljfdsmk

The concept is to split their team and when you are alone or with team mate you will burn their mana, dodge their attacks and do some life steal for survivability.
As for the dream realm compared to bane it is like storm spirit and Zeus or Lich and Cristal maiden.
I have come up with that name form Raziel +kAIN=RAIN
I will leave ultimate that way because some people think it is OP other not but the main reason is that if it is underpowered always can be buffed but when happen the opposite it may brake the concept of this hero

but Raziel and Kain have to do with vampires, angels, demons, souls, the afterlife, and etc. not dreaming (and rain sounds like bane (bane is a nightmare that manifested itself from a goddesses nightmare and feeds off of others dreams/nightmares), why not make it Kaziel? (KAin+raXIEL=KAZIEL it sounds cooler too)). Also how his ulti is now is like a short range siren ultimate, but you cant move during it, so idk how that would be considered op at all (I'm not trying to hate or anything, im just giving feedback)

I think a more apropriate name would either be Suefrom a twist on the god of dreams Morpheus, or Somnia the Roman equivilant. As DoTA sure loves its mythological references.

On note of the Aura, yes 20% is too much. You have to add it up, 20% x 5 is 100%, so a more appropriate leveling would be maxed at 16% and starting at 4%, the way I look at it you won't be picking it up in the laning phase because it would push the lane, and at 20% you're effectively picking up a Heaven's Halberd for the entire team. You're forcing the enemy team to buy nothing else than MKBs.

The miss is only for heroes and towers and i think i will stop on 20% for now.
As for the name Kaziel it sounds not bad ,will try to put something about mythology.
The main theme of the hero is more like dimensions and realms the dream part is only as decoration.

Your W gives too much lifesteal on such a short cooldown. Broodmother's ult leaves her full quickly, but has a somewhat long cooldown. I thiink you should either increase the cooldown or nerf the skill.

Your ult has powerful and unique. Turn a 5v5 to a 5v2 by imprisoning 3 in it, rhape the two, and when the three get out, rhape them. I think 10 seconds is too long though.
