It would be nice to shut down item-dependent heroes from using their actives, similar to Doom, because most of the time they escape with their actives.

There is a thing called Doom.There is also a thing called Nyx Assassin,and that stops them from using anything,if you know what I mean.

Doom is for Doombringer. It's just like saying that Silence is for Drow Ranger or Death Prophet. I'm talking about an item for anyone, not just a hero bro.

If one of those kind of items would exist,then imagine bkb users would be totally hindered.

That item would have IMBA written all over it. The compedivte Meda game would go out the window.
My lone druid starting items are 12 Iron wood branches, 6 for the hero and 6 for the bear. Even if the bear does not get stats more twigs are OP on any hero.
