Btw guys Elon Musk's new 'OpenAI Five' bots will be playing against a team(name not mentioned yet, but probably Team Liquid) at this year TI. These bots are deadly and savage. Learn more about in the video here!

That's going to be really exciting, but right now they're pretty limited. As far as I know, they can only play DotA with some specific rules like no invisibility, no wards, no Roshan and only a few heroes.

Once they're going to be able to play the game at its fullest, I can say that I'm really impressed and looking forward to training against some The International level bots!

While unrelated to The International (unless there is a BOT vs Player match instead of MVP match)The OpenAI bots will have a benchmark match on August 5th in San Francisco. The opponent human team will include Blitz, Cap, Fogged, and Merlini. You can check out the complete rules and other details on their blog here

Wait that seems pretty interesting. If you check out their YouTube there's actually two demos of the OpenAIFive bots wrecking humans.

The problem is their conditions: I'm pretty sure they HAVE to pick CM, Viper, Sniper, Necro and Lich.

Maybe next year they'll come up with bot codes for every hero. Then things'll get scary.
