Vincenzo the Ringmaster

Vincenzo the Ringmaster is a radiant ranged agility hero benefiting from swifter lashes of his whip which his spells can reliably aid and benefit from. Ring of Fire unleashes a flaming hoop which bounce among enemies and allies, burning enemies and imbuing allies with buffed attack damage. Limelight directs all the attention to an ally while leaving nearby allies untargetable. Limelight's captivation also slows the attack speed of enemies attacking the spotlight target, leaving them open to Ringmaster's passive Swiftlash which disarms and deals bonus damage when he attacks enemies in the process of attacking. The apex of his performance is the Serpent Wardrum which can be struck by allies and enemies, as well as bounced on by his Ring of Fire, inspiriting Ringmaster to immediately start his next attack and effectively cheating attack speed. The rapid beats invigorate a flurry of lashes, leaving narrow space for enemies to attack safely due to his Swiftlash.

Ring of Fire (Mana cost:80/90/100/110,Cooldown:15,Magical,Target Unit)

Ringmaster unleashes his ring of fire which bounces indefinitely between allies or enemies until there are no more units to bounce to. The ring burns enemies it bounces on, causing them to take damage over time while igniting the attacks of allies it bounces on, granting them a finitely stacking buff which adds magic damage to their next attack. Can bounce on individual creeps only once.
Cast Range: 500
Enemy burn damage per second:15/25/35/45
Enemy burn duration:4
Ally bonus damage per buff stack:10/20/30/40
Ally maximum buff stacks: 10
Ally buff duration:10
Ring bounce radius:550
Ring speed:600

Limelight (Mana Cost:135,Cooldown:30/26/22/18,Target Ally)

Basks the target ally in seductive sorcery, causing enemies to attack the target slower and nearby allies to be disregarded and untargetable to enemies's attacks.
Cast Range:400/700/1000/1200
Limelight duration:4
Limelight radius:200/300/400/500
Attack speed slow:40/50/60/70

Swiftlash (Cooldown:20/14/8/2,Passive,Physical)

Every sharp lash of Ringmaster's whip renders enemies disarmed if Ringmaster attacks the target while they are attacking, as well as dealing bonus damage.
Disarm duration:1.25
Bonus damage:30/45/60/75

Serpent Wardrum (Mana Cost:220/250/280,Cooldown:120,Target Point,Magical)

Ringmaster calls forth a sacred wardrum from his serpentine ancestors to erupt from the ground. Every time the wardrum is hit, ringmaster's attack time is reset, allowing him to immediately attack, in addition to unleashing a shock wave that damages nearby enemies based on a percentage of damage dealt and diminishes by distance. Can be attacked by enemies and allies.
Drum duration:20
Drum health:400/750/1300
Drum health regen:50/100/200
Shockwave radius:1400
Attack damage as shockwave damage:40%

Swiftlash is a cool ability but it might be overpowered, perhaps give it a 5 second cooldown or something. Limelight also could be too powerful. What if it made it so spells can still target others, but only the limelighted unit could be attacked by enemies?

What does the wardrum do?

Nice idea overall, the flaming hoop looks interesting and the other spells are all unique. I like it!

Thanks for the feedback!...and the reminder to add a cooldown for the passive. A 2 second cooldown should suffice, since the hero revolves around attack speed and inflicting Swiftlash as frequently as possible.

Pardon my poor wording on Wardrum. Basically, every time the drum is attacked, that delay between attacks due to low attack speed is ignored and Ringmaster can instantly attack. Think of the drum as something allies (and the ring) can hit to control the tempo of Ringmaster's attacks.

Yeah come to think of it Limelight is basically an oddly targeting Shadow Dance. Since we're focusing more on attacks, letting spells still target them would be reasonable. Thanks for the heads up!
