Mythical spirit which is believed to bring bad dreams to those who haven't slept for days. And so the word "nightmare" was born. Some say that Mare rides on the dreamers chest to bring unimaginable nightmares and some say they saw strange puppets appearing near their houses. Everyone who had nightmares with Mare went insane. Paranoia, fear and reappearing images of terror, all victims suffered from this.
ABOUT:
Mare is an intelligence ranged hero.
Mare brings all sorts of terror on the battlefield. From isolating one ally from another, through making enemies go through the suffering or even worse punishment, to making the battlefield literally her playground. Mare can always become ones worst nightmare.
FACTION:
Mare puts enemy hero into Solitude. Solitude reduces targets vision to 100. Target is not able to see allies or even his surrounding. Enemy hero affected by Solitude will be slowed by 20%. Lasts 3/4/5/6 seconds.

Sets an enemy unit into insane state. Selected enemy unit will have armor and magic reduction decreased by 40%/60%/80%/100% for 3 seconds in 500 radius where Insanity was set. If the unit overpasses the 500 radius during the duration of the Insanity, unit will receive undispellable silence for 0.5/1/1.5/2 seconds.

Passive ability which deals damage to enemy heroes over time. Enemy heroes will lose more HP the longer they stay near Mare. Maximum HP loss can go up to 10/20/30/40 HP per second. This damage is doubled when target is affected by Solitude. Aura effect radius is 300.

Mare summons a non-aggressive unit on the selected point within 2000 range. Puppet has: 3/5/7 Armor, 50% magic resistance, 1000/2000/3000 HP, 370 MS and Umbral Phoenomenon with 500 radius around it. If an enemy is nearby Puppets Umbral Phoenomenon, Mare can cast any spell with unlimited cast range on the enemies nearby Puppet. Gold bounty for killing Puppet is 100/200/300 gold. Lasts 20 seconds.

PLAYSTYLE:
Mare is an offensive support/roamer but can be great situational mid-laner. Her offensive ability Insanity can be choice between life and death for the enemy and her passive ability Umbral Phoenomenon can be pretty deadly if taken lightly. Solitude is Mares startegic ability which takes away enemies most dependable tool - vision. And Mares Ultimate ability Puppet can be used as one of the most universal ability in the game. From spawning it into Chain Frosted enemy to Tethering away from the foes. Options are limitless. But if none of these options are possible, then at least Mare will benefit, because thanks to the Puppet her abilities will in fact become global.
I gotta say this but basically this is Depression in hero form.....I like the core concept and stuff I think the numbers are justified but the R is the one I have an issue I think only one of the puppets(ally or enemy) should inherit the passive ability of Global Cast Range and having it both as an Ahgs upgrade or talent just because global cast range is just annoying, I mean HAVE YOU SEEN THE CHAOS OF AN E-BLADE DAGON COMBO? so yeah that's my only suggestion
Is Solitude supposed to last for 3/4/4/6 or 3/4/5/6? I see no reason for the former.
I am very confused with the R. It seems to me that it should be just one ability; the Ally doesn't seem to do anything, while the enemy's stats (I assume) are assumed to be the same as the allies'. There is also no reason to call one an ally and one an enemy when both are non-aggressive allies to Mare. Also, do the puppets have a duration?
The global casting is not rediculous either as you have to summon the puppet and have it follow your victim. Though you should further clarify whether items get the global range.
I would say this hero's biggest weakness is its grammar and the lore. It isn't even clear whether Mare is a mare. Other than that, amazing concept.
