If you're having issues reading the concept, right-click the image and open in a new link.

This is the last submission pre-concept for Community Hero Project #2. Any feedback would be great to have, since I need to improve for the real deal.

I had a few other unposted concepts, but I let you lot decide if you want me to post them. My front runner concept will not be revealed until the event comes.

It seems extreme to allow up to 100 extra regen from Cold Warmth. I would change it so, for every enemy hero affected by a debuff of his, he gets 3 more regen (regardless of spell level), and one more after that for additional types of debuffs.

1 enemy effected by Mirage, and one by Mirage and Celsius strike? Bonus 7 regen.

Celsius strike seems like a weaker version of enchantress' Q.

Mirage is amazing. Rip when Rubick steals it.

Cold Warmth should be called Icy Warmth.

Hailstorm should not be passive. Make it cost 250/350/450 mana and last 30 seconds, with a 90/80/70 cd.

Most heroes are barely going to go over 50 regen stacks, since they would require all 5 to stand in Hailstorm for over 10 seconds, with at least 5 attack slow debuff stacks. The maximum is very very very rare to ever reach, if even possible in a normal game.

The problem with base regen, is that it's too much regen at the start of the battle when Polar Spirit gets stronger the longer the fight goes on

Enchantress's Untouchable is only for herself, this attack speed affects any attacks on any hero. Different purpose ability.

Hailstorm is both a farming and teamfight ability. And clear waves easier on later levels. Polar Spirit would not have the mana upkeep, even with more INT to keep this up and needs to build defensive items (or STR/damage items if played as a core)

Relooking at the hero, I agree with you on most of these points.

I for some reason thought Hailstorm did far more damage than it does. I didn't realize that Celsius strike wasn't just for him.

However, I still have a few gripes with Cold Warmth; Mirage barely effects it at all. I would just make the Mirage debuff give 6 times as much regen as another stack does. It also seems like it would make more sense if the bonus regen per stack started closer to the maximum, like .7/.8/.9/1.

This hero looks really cool either way, though. You're going to nail the Community Hero Project #2.

If you can trap multiple heroes with Mirage, thats between 1-5 instant stacks of Cold Warmth. Its meant to keep heroes in place to build stacks up (by Illusions and Hailstorm radius)

I didn't get past round 1 of CHP#1, and I really liked my first submission. That's why I'm hoping to fix things this time around, find out what went wrong (other than bad vote system)
