Try viper if you are new to dota he's fun and easy and he can be a good hero to practice some fundamentals including orb walking and how important is is to end early, and lane dominance and viper doesn't really need a lot of farm to be effective early-game

?

He's widely considered one of the most boring heroes to play.

Lol my bad I honestly have no clue what I was thinking when I said he's fun.
I guess it's cause I haven't played him since my first 10 games of doto

Viper is fun the first few games...when you enjoy making every enemy feel miserable...that is....Every hero can be fun. Enjoyment is subjective after all.

Well Shadow Blade/SnY Viper is kinda fun, but I don't think there are even one in 10 players who enjoy playing Mek Viper - you need to coordinate your idiots, and in fight you pretty much spam Q and press Mek(that's the hardest part, I actually use the item so rarely I often forget to pop it) when needed.

Overall I think playing aura carriers without Radiance is the least fun thing on average, along with underfarmed defensive supports.

That's definitelly just your opinion indeed, I for instance think playing underfarmed defensive supports can be very fun. So yea, it's subjectif. Let's let the mate choose by himself and not stray off topic instead of helping him shall we?

Alright, officer, here's the stuff on topic:

Play whatever hero you wish. That's the advice I followed(jk I didn't follow any advice I designed revolutionary builds like phase-dagon CM). When I started playing, I spammed CM, then Aba, Kunkka, AA, Ench and Rubick. None of those are actually simple to play right off the bat and none have cookie-cutter builds, and I sucked big time - but I was probably having more fun than ever when playing Dota - or at least that's what my nostalgia tells me.

If you don't know what do you like, then just play All Random for some time and soon you will stumble upon a hero who has something inside him even though you feed 0/10 with him and try to get Bloodstone for 50 min because damn potentially infinite mana regen is OP.

Magfire_1, I do some bit of coaching in my free time. Send me your steam and I will add you if you want, so you can send me your questions whenever, and I can even look to some of your games themselves.

Cheers,

Sure I will do it later thanks

Oh and another thing I just rememberedon't don't play ranked till you have around 4-500 games under your belt and are good at basic mechanics and decent at advanced mechanics unlike me who played ranked as soon as I unlocked it and then calibrate at 1.2 and never play it until years later after your pub mmr is high 3k and you regret being really naive
