Tv Tropes describes this trope as being "Awesome, powerful, unstoppable... but not as useful as it may seem." Be it cheap gimmicks, stupid wombo-combos or Harlem Globetrotters-Level theatrics, no doubt some of you have thought up of drafts that sound really awesome in your mind, but end up falling flat when you actually try them.

So, go ahead, think up of some awesome, but impractical lineups and post 'em here.

Like my super amp'd damage cocktail combo:

Picks:
Skywrath Mage-5 position
Shadow Demon-4 position
Legion Commander-3 position
Lina/ Leshrac-2 position
Pugna-1 position (that's right, this draft has a safelane Pugna)

The support duo is composed of Skywrath Mage and Shadow Demon since they both possess damage amplifying spells in the forms of Ancient Seal and soul catcher. Pugna gets the nod for the safelane role since he has access to the damage amplifying Decrepify and can get farm and potentially early kills with the help of the support duo. Legion Commander gets the offlane and is the draft's main source of lockdown with Duel. Finally, the mid laner is either Lina or Leshrac, both possess unreliable stuns that the other 4 heroes can set up and their nuking output is beefed by all the damage amping spells that the team has.

Bans:
Tusk
Dazzle
Omniknight
Nyx Assassin
*In the meta carry*

Bans are pretty straightforward IMO: Ban on Tusk so his super-ebola Snowball doesn't prevent the fun from being ruined. Dazzle gets a ban since Shallow Grave can and will ruin the combo. Omniknight needs a ban too since he has heals, free bkbs and global range, risk free Ghost Scepters and I also need to feast on the tears of SirActionSlacks. Nyx Assassin has the ability to kill the combo before it can even be set off, since both Shadow Demon and Skywrath Mage are squishy, low armor supports that Nyx can easily snipe. The last ban is reserved for whatever is in the meta or if you guys have an idea on what it should be, let me know.

The plan is this: Legion Commander challenges a hero to a Duel. At which point, the target will be hit with either Ancient Seal, soul catcher or Decrepify or in the best case scenario, all three at the same time. The target is then hit by Mystic Flare, Laguna Blade, rainbow man-pony blasts, or Pugna's ult and/or nuke. By this point the target should be dead and LC should be getting some easy duel damage. You then rinse and repeat until LC has about 300+ duel damage. Ez Katka right?

Well, except for the fact that aside from LC, the line up is pretty frail and is really dependent on getting early Duel kills since there's basically zero comeback potential. Questionable team fight ability along with a weakness against Black King Bars and 5-man lineups also hurt this lineup pretty well.

So you guys should get the idea, conjure up some awesome sounding that lineup is pretty much not viable or makes any real sense and post it here.
