That's a two-sided coin for me. On one side, there are my favourite heroes who are not in meta who beg for changes(playing Kunkka mid against semi-decent opposition is literally inmpossibru in this patch, Luna is weak, panda gets no love tho he is good in 2ble offlane). On the other side there is Lina.

I guess I know who I'm instapicking in Ranked today. And yesterday. And every day until this new patch.

BALANCE IMPROVEMENTS BOYS. Hype hype hype!!!

I really like the fact that they're not going in the "make 100000 new items / introduce balance warden / new hats taking 2/3 of the update page" route, because more imbalanced complexity is not what the game needs. Game is complex enough already, it just needs to be fair...

Just nerf the broken heroes and buff the unplayable ones, buff comeback a tiny bit, and we finally have a good patch.

I'd really like it if for once the Frog went for the "make every hero equally good situationally and have no OP or trash heroes" route instead of floating with the mood of the moment. A good patch needs every hero to be viable, not just a periodically cycling 30% of the hero pool.

So when should I draft QW Invoker, Brewmaster, and Puck? What are their differences? When should I pick one and not another?

QW if you want a control mid that scales well into the late-game, can transition into a carry.

Brewmaster if you have a pushing strat and can make good use of the ult.

Puck if you want control with a lot of burst, also if you need a silence.

    QW invoker:

You require teamfight control

You require mana burn

You require an assassin type mid hero

You have sufficient damage on your team already

Your team doesn't possess invis based heroes
Brew:

You require teamfight control

You require a tanky initiator

Ultra lategame is a nono
Puck:

Your team needs an initiator

You require teamfight control

You require an assassin type hero

You are focusing more on early game dominance
