HEY!
So I played my first 2 Ranked games yesterday and I would like some feed back on how I went/areas I can improve in.
http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/1520559402
http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/1520621213
The average MMR for both games was around 2K exactly. (~2000 for first, ~2100 for second)
Cheers.
EDIT: feedback would be preferable in relation to item build/hero choice.
Your new diet for heroes; You will need 4 wards (cuz wards taste better), 1 set of tangoes, 1 mango, 1 cheese.
With this you can make a nice Tango Mango Cheese platter. You can wash this all down with a nice bottle of water, Can be flavoured with red, green, yellow, blue, purple AND GOLD!
Caution: Taking roshan 3 times is required.

void game you fed too much, didn't utilize MoM tower pushin capability, chose to go crystalis instead of a full mjollnir and had no bkb in front of a silver edge.

verdict: feed and inefficient item choices,

nyx game you did well, could've done better with a blink due to their storm and skywrath picks which are pretty much food for you as well as invoker with whom you have a love-hate relationship.

verdict: good game, eul not the best setup item.

you played against a guy who a friend of mine is coaching !!! hahaha and won wp wp i shall now give him **** for it :)

i can replay cast game 2 for you since i have a feel it will be a good one.

thoughts on games::::::
game one:
in game one you should have gone bkb 2nd item. then maybe daedalus. u didnt need the mael cause it is more a early game farming item. like bf.
mask into bkb into daed into aghs.
also i wouldnt even have upgraded your boots. i would have gone brown then once bkb is finished get BoT's you need to keep more mobile then them so split push farming with forays into their jungle would have been safer since riki was probs just camping your jungle.
BKB would have helped heaps this game if you had got it early enough like maybe around the 15 min mark. but you had an abandon so you were kinda stuck abit :/

Game two:
you were supporting yes? i feel like you were. so you did pretty good. tusk kinda made a whole lot of space but i feel you might have aswell... i shall hold off on most my comments until i watch the game.
but one thing. go aghs.

it is a core item on nyx now. like i go this progression on core items. blink forcestaff lvl 1 dagon. then aghs then what ever i want.
http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/1518370466
as you can see i was nyx and we were stacking with the guy you beat (pssst he fed bad though its ok we carried it ) anyway nyx aghs is core probs the best aghs ever imo ;)

anyway once i get home ill get started :)

smuggler, that guy must have helped in a ton of ganks and died as a result, so many assists...

first game as void you were getting shutdown hard, you needed a bkb no doubt, like everyone says. and you could definitely have farmed more. a mistake that many new players, including me right now(embarrassing since i have played for almost a year now), is that they try and fight before they have enough items. as a carry you need to be able to maximise your farm and get as many items in as little time as possible, and get ready to fight as soon as possible.

When against a deathball, you need to find blind spots and avoid the enemy if you are not ready, and your team needs to just stall them as much as possible. since against a deathball the enemies won't be farming as much, you can take advantage of that and farm in places you know the enemies are not at. An example is you see all 5 enemy heroes at mid pushing. you have a team who can counterpush decently and stall them. Don't stick around mid and wait for a fight. go and make use of the time and farm. every minute you spend waiting for a fight you can get a potential 300-400 gold from the lane creeps alone, when it is early. Only fight if you know you can get something out of it. it can be getting 2 kills and an assist, or it could be just 1 kill. but don't go if you are positive you being there will not make a difference. use the time they are fighting to farm.

Thanks for the help so far Guys and smuggler cheers for doing the analysis.
The first game I played at the end I was trying to build bkb and save for buyback but yeah...
Second game I grabbed Eul's for removing silence and move speed and mana regen. Also I was the only one buying wards so yeah, i guess I took on a supporting role.
Also the tusk in game 2 was the axe from game 1. And in game 2 he dived hard after we said we were backing off.
But thanks for advice I shall spend time thinking it over and seeing how things might have gone if done as suggested.

ehhh kinda it was more him being caught out of position then them over extending for the kill and me and storm jumping on them if we didnt have that kind of mobility early game his assists would be quite low. most of his deaths were before we were able to start rotating. there is still a lot of stuff he needs to learn and utilise mostly his skill usages and timing. but hes getting there.

@Zerak.

the reason euls isnt the "best" item on nyx is due to the way he is played. but i can see why you went it when u didnt have blink. with blink and forcestaff you can easily get out of most things.

for example you invis up and run into an area to scout and look for a pick off but they have sentries down and an insta silence from sky hits you.

blink away forcestaff further away and ur sweet.

sven throws stun at you blink away.

same with dust if they dust just double tap blink and then forcestaff away.

now you know they either have sentries there or they just wasted dust.

euls just disables you for them to beat on your face. on other heroes its aamzing but blink forcestaff is nyx's euls in reality. once you have those 2 items your pretty much reaching puck levels of unkillability.

btw wp for gettig wards :)
