The second point you put an emphasis on was awareness. I will take note of checking mid and game time more often, I truly have to make it my habit and it's not much harder than Treads switching, but in some places I think you just expected too much awareness which is a common case when plaers watch replays. In real game I had to contest lasthits with Rubick, watch out for Unduying whom I was aftraid of after that double kill, etc. I could do better, but I'm not a robot to calculate everything in a second, and nobody I watched on Twitch, even 6-7k players was aware of everything you stated there. Wouldn't ganking be obsolete in high-skilled game if everybody were so aware. To give an exaple I am talking about the moment with PA throwing her dagger - with low cd, mana cost and annoying slow most PAs just spam it in lane if their enemies deny her creeps. It was impossible to know for sure she was trying to initiate there unless you had clear vision on QoP who was in their jungle.

So what I've taken from your cast:

*Estimate enemy power better, better overestimate a hero you didn't play against very often
*Check the map at 2n:00 and try to make throwing a quick glance at the minimap a habit.
*Don't be greedy when itr comes to charge-based items.

Is that all or did I miss something?

Watching the replay, I think Nubs is a little harsh at times, considering just how ****ty your support was, but he's right that you have to focus entirely on improving your own play in situations like this, as there's not a lot you can do about them.

A lot of the things in these games is instinct and "tells" - e.g. changes in opposition behaviour that give you clues about what's about to happen. Sometimes that split second early aggressive movement that you can react to can be the difference between survival and death.

I think you could work more (well, we all could :)) on your reading of the game - sometimes even bad team mates can be coax'd into action if you make your intentions obviously enough and give them a little warning.

I don't think Nubtrain was harsh at all - how are you going to make people play better if you don't throw their misplays at their face?

I get your and Nub's point about tells tho - it is true that I often take a sudden change in enemy behavior for stupidity when it is often a bait, though I don't fall for the most obvious of them.

Could you check out my Omniknight game? 2k mmr

Played this one last night and it was a bit of a shocker...
I screwed up my mana on at least one occasion, telling a teammate to go in and I would heal/ult/repel, whatever, but then I didn't calculate properly resulting in deaths.

Be interested to hear your thoughts.

The team as a whole played very poorly IMO and we got smashed by an aghs Lina pretty much 1 shotting everyone... but I'd like to hear what I could do to improve!
