Is it just me, or am i behind the times.

I'm not the original poster but I'm gonna take this opportunity to make my own complaint relating to Blubbles post. I feel like whichever team has Sniper, Troll, Slark, and in some cases Axe always wins the game without question, unless they're on my team. Plz halp me.

axe? kiters
troll? slark and others are good also kite him
sniper? axe sb np shut him down early
slark? ghost scepter or silences and multiple stuns

We both have different definitions of boring, methinks. But aside from that, where do you get the idea that I play only those heroes? To be honest, Axe for me is forever and always going to be the one hero I never pick. Even in the worst situations.

And this comes from one who partially mains Invoker, so playing boring heroes isn't the issue.

Axe and kiters have a love hate relationship. But no matter what, axe can get really good early game farm and once he gets his blink, the enemy is gonna have a hell of a time

I've had a similar problem recently with Windranger, I almost lost every single game as playing her in a row, even brought my wind-rate (get it? :p) to 38% (that's some luna level pro plays right there), but I kept on trying and trying, and eventually I found a build and playstyle that works for me in particular, and now I can play games and actually assist my team instead of feeding every game. Of course, this advice is just for a hero in particular, but it still stands if you are struggling with games. Although this may be noob advice, I would recommend trying new things (and i don't just mean heroes, new builds on heroes you already play) and seeing how it works. NEVER GIVE UP! Or alternatively, you could take a break. IMO you need to party up with a few friends that communicate well, (sry i couldn't join you last time you asked or that would've been ez win for sure ;) ) try new builds, new lineups, get a fresh game and give it a shot.

I know that feel Thread. It happens to me almoust everytime i play in a party (because most of the times everyone in the party has played a lot more than i have.) and because i keep doing stupid mistakes.

As an advice, just take a break from dota. That's what i did and even after the break i just played bot games for few days, testing and learning heroes and builds.

If you feel like you are behind of the time it might be because we just changed to summer time in Finland and you didn't put your clock to the right time...
