Oi !!

What is the duration on frost arrows???? Honestly i would like this skill to be added for drow. Could finally stack skadi.

My analysis:

Elusive is one spell that has good concept but poor execution. It is just like windrangers windwalk with phase thru trees sans the evasion.


I would rework it.

Alternatives for Elusive: Marksman sight. Improved night vision passive and true strike Active

Any kind of root: where drow fires a bunch of arrows ant it lands in a circle around the target to root him for 2/2.5/3/3.5 Seconds

Madness: Passively gains movespeed and armor if shes attacking the same enemy.




for Gust:Gives 20/30/40/50 Attack speed for 6/7/8/9 seconds if firing on silenced target.

For Marksmanship: she loses 50% attribute bonus if someone comes in 350 Range.

Updated it, the duration of Frost Arrow debuff is 4 seconds.


You're right about Elusive. I added it because I wanted to give Drow a good escape without completely eliminating her weakness to gap-closers.

I know the goal of this is to make Drow a better mid-game hero, but replacing Elusive with a root is just overdoing it. A slow, a silence and a root to boot (heh) seems like a spellcaster's skill set, yet she is a right clicker as well!

Marksman's Sight and Madness are probably not what this hero needs (I'd listen to any explanation you've got on this matter).

On hindsight, I sort of dislike the idea on having an escape on a hero that needs to be vulnerable to gap-closers to be balanced, so I have a different idea for an ability that can replace Elusive: Precision. Attacks "pierce" armour, meaning that her attacks ignore part of an enemy's armour but does not remove it. Maybe 1/2/3/5 armour pierce that does not work on towers?

That buff to gust you suggested is too strong. She already has that +80 agility from Marksmanship.

Now that Gust can blow enemies away from Drow, I think we can keep the 100% agi loss.

In that, drow has frost arrows equivalent to jinada slow and she gains more ms from madness just like track and she will then chase the enemy.

Similarly Marksman sight gives more vision so that she can chasewell and take shots from cliffs etc , also improves her late game to an extent.


BUT YOU DIDNT UPDATE GUST.


If you buff marksmanship( that only 50% bonus is lost when enemies close in), then you can keep gust as is. otherwise buff gust.
I would say former is better than latter.
Couple this with madness and she can kite and anti kite very easily. She will be a bounty-razor hybrid

Idea! How about this: ability gives movement speed if an enemy hero comes too close, otherwise +attack speed/damage/something that makes her more threatening? I think if we implement this ability, then there is no need to do anything to Gust or Marksmanship. Oh, and I was comparing the current Gust to the old one when I said "new gust".


I think we're getting somewhere :D.
