Movement Speed Slow: 25%
Attack Speed Slow: 30% / 40% / 50% / 60%
Mana Cost: 110 / 120 / 130 / 140 Cooldown Time: 7
Additional Information
Only blocked if primary target.

Frost-mage Ethreain has not forgotten even the simplest of ice manipulation.

Notes:
  • Main target effectively takes 125 / 200 / 275 / 350 damage.
