CHANNELED - Summons a vortex that sucks in nearby enemy units. Enemies affected by Black Hole cannot move, attack, or cast spells. The closer units get to the center, the more damage is dealt.

Radius: 400* / 500** / 150***
Duration: 4
Close Damage Per Second: 60 / 100 / 140 (60 / 100 / 140 + 4 / 5 / 6 / 7% of target's maximum life)
Far Damage Per Second: 30 / 50 / 70 (30 / 50 / 70 + 4 / 5 / 6 / 7% of target's maximum life)

Damage is blocked, disable is not.

Adds Midnight Pulse damage to your Black Hole.

The ground trembles as Enigma channels his ultimate vortex of destruction, a singularity with the power to end worlds.

Notes:

  • (*) Pull and Silence radius
  • (**) Far damage radius
  • (***) Close damage radius
  • Disables all caught enemies.
  • Disabled enemies can't be moved with Force Staff.
  • Disabled enemies move toward the center of the radius at 40 units per second.
  • Shiva's Guard and Shadow Blade may be used while channeling.
  • Max damage is 240 / 400 / 560 damage (120 / 200 / 280 if far all the time).
  • Scepter's Black Hole stacks with Midnight Pulse.
  • Can make an enemy lose at most 32% / 40% / 48% / 56% max health + 560 damage.
  • With base magic resistance included, an enemy can lose at most 24% / 30% / 36% / 42% max health + 420 damage.
  • If you cast Midnight Pulse and Black Hole then use Refresher, re-cast a Midnight Pulse and another Black Hole without any pause, it will deals a massive amount of damage : 80 / 100 / 120 / 140% max health + 480 / 800 / 1120 damage. It will kill anyone in the Black Hole.
  • With base magic resistance included, an enemy can lose at most 60 / 75 / 90 / 105% max health + 360 / 600 / 840 damage. It still will kill anyone in the Black Hole.

Mana Cost: 250 / 350 / 450 Cooldown Time: 200 / 190 / 180

500 for the Pull and Silence, 450 for Far Damage, 400 for Close Damage...gonna edit it to 500 since it seems the best value to go by
