What Heros is this item best on?

A lot of them, it's required for heroes like Zeus, Enigma, etc etc, occasionally fountain sitting with spectre and zeus xD

Generally great for those mass CC ultis such as Tide and Warlock

It works well on aoe spells such as OD ulti and Zeus

Zeus comes to mind for me, pretty much a core item for him.

its a good item with Earthshaker, his CC capabilities are great, but the mana cost for this (and the cost in general) are alot, so you cant just get this early game, after your mana pool is big enough (id say around 2000?) either way, its a late game item.

why u forgot treant protector? rly insane

Skeleton King

The beast hero with is Warlock , make it with agamin's septers ans you will have alway 4 golem.(when the skill cowldown (ulti is the same has refresh orb: 165sec) ). It's the BEAST way for push or defend in 5v5 at town.
