I often get more items than your guide would seem to indicate. BKB or shadow blade are great for protecting your ulti for the full duration. I never get arcane either. Either power treads or phase, depending. Casket is a great jungling skill, so you can easily find your way into some spare coin later in the game. Also, I like the versatility of urn and usually take it in place of mek, unless someone else is building an urn.
