What the fcuk is this?Necro3 on Void?I know they work in the Chronosphere but still...And why vlads?What other orb effect do you have on your void?

I see what you're going for, but I'm not sure how it would play out. Most of the time the heroes who use necronomicon have a link of diasbles / snares, or a way to buff the necronomicon minions like Invoker via alacrity, Lycan via passive and howl, Beast master and Bane with their ults.

If you want some minion damage try helm of the dominator, grab a centaur and an alpha wolf( 30% damage aura is nuts combined with some nomicons), or even 2 centaurs so that on top of chronosphere you can chain stun with 2 centaurs after the duration of the sphere.

Your best bet would be to go Helm of dom, get a quick wolf, then go for nomicon 3, disassemble helm of dom once you have 2 neutral creeps, build armlet, convert hungry spirit into vlads.

This way, you have a 51% damage aura buff via vlads and wolf minion, assuming you preserve his life :3 , A lot of health and survivability with damage and nomicon 3 to back you up.

Armlet toggle damage can be backtracked and bugs out the RNG of back track to work in your favor, re-toggle on bash, or cast of your ultimate.

Note you don't have to do armlet, that's just my personal preference lol

yeah, I agree with numeta, I see why you would get a necro book, it is just hard to pull off.

Necro book is very expensive - and I wouldn't necessarily suggest it as a first item.
good luck trying to build this with a carry, like Numeta said - get a dominator and just pull off the same game!
