Queeling Blade of course la for easy farm
Vanguard good for your defense live longer at least
Phase Boot easy running or easy chasing enemy(hmmm i think there better item than this one)
Oblivion Staff nice mana regeneration, ok ok for its attack speed and its damage(and beacuse its cheap)
Dagon needed for almost die enemy. you dont want it to escape alive right?
Vladdmir offering dont know why i put this maybe we need some armour and lifesteal right eh?
Cant say for sure if it working or not.
You use Snowball and then quickly dispatch your Frozen Sigil.
Depend on the situation, either u use dagon to make its life reach half and then you use your 'shouruken'. If it still alive use Ice Shards.
