Refresher/Necronomicon3/blink dagger/soul ring all great buys. You don't need vanguard or vlads.

Swapping vanguard for blink dagger, vanguard is just a matter of preference really.
I added vlads purely for the aura it gives the team and the early mana regen from basilius.
Will play around with necronomicon and soul ring.

Thanks all for your input

Getting one level of an escape mechanism first is always handy for preventing first bloods! Even if they come prepared with dust or sentries, the movement speed boost can work wonders. If it's a pub, they probably won't be prepared.

Good guide.
Not sure about Tranquil Boots, i guess if your doing terribad and can't get Power Treads it's ok.

Soul Ring is extremely important on this hero, every use of Soul Ring is a free Leech Seed which more than pays for itself HP-wise. I would never skip SR on Tree. Maxing Aura first over Leech Seed is also debatable, especially given how little Magic damage (150) Rank 1 Overgrowth inflicts. Personally, I would opt to max Leech Seed in the majority of situations; the only time maxing Aura first is appropriate would be in a completely passive lane with zero kill potential.

If you are going to "Tank Support" as Tree, I assume you will be getting at least some farm (#2-4 in terms of farm priority on your team). In that case, Radiance is a great choice.

Still +Rep/+1, good start.

I just started playing Treant recently. Good guide. For me, I really like getting mana boots and blink first. I also like skilling aura first, the hp regen during day time is so nice for you teammates and since Treant has TERRIBLE starting armor, it helps you out as well. I definitely will have to play around with Soul Ring though. Hopefully you will get around to fleshing out the guide soon!

I think blink dagger is situational, not core.

I prefer maxing Leech Seed to Living Armor in most situations, as well as grabbing a Soul Ring.
