Why you shouldn't need multiple levels of phantom Strike!

This skill sequence may be a bit off, but the reason this was put together is I keep seeing everyone maxing out phantom strike first and the only benefit you get from that is a lower cool down. As Phantom Assassin you shouldn't be jumping to the same target repeatedly you should be jumping to the target to finish them off. The order you should try to get your skills maxed out in are as follows stifling dagger first you do need 1 pint in phantom strike, but you should always take your Coup de Grace when you can and get blur as early as possible! Why you ask? this is going to help you stay alive 50% evasion is pretty good.

Items

There is no special combination to get an insta-win if you understand you need to hard carry late game you should try to get the Battle fury asap. If you are being harassed hard get tranquils and sell them later in the game. Lane Sustainability is the most important thing for PA the more levels you have the more damage you do. People are going to freak out why do you have Mjollnir?!? well the reason is simple if PA attacks more then her ulti is going to activate more and in turn do tons of damage. Just remember you have to be very reactive in this game and counter who you are playing this item build is just a general overview of what I have had success doing.
