I'd take a level of blur before the 2nd level of phantom strike as 15 seconds compared to 20 wont be a noticeable difference. The rest of your guide is solid though, +1

this is literally just the skill and item build. talk about allies/rivals and how to use the helm of the dominator or good items to get to counter other carries or something. your item build is as generic as it gets for phantom assassin and your skill build is lacking blur early.

Early blur helps a tonne, you'll die a lot quicker if you don't get at least 1point in to it at lvl 1 or something
