Frost Blast- Perfect for early game harassment since it does a nice amount of damage and slows the target down for both you and your companion to get an easy kill remember you have your 2 clarity potions which you can use to restore your mana after each blast, as well as your Sacrifice which can get your mana back the more health a creep has.
Sacrifice- Using your abilities will cost you a lot of mana, so using sacrifice as much as possible on high healthed creeps will give you mana back much more than trying to deny creeps with it.
Chain Frost- Perfect if you are attempting to gank with your teammates or if the enemy is trying to gank your lane. good damage output and slow as well as bouncing between confused targets.
