Think before you buy

Just threw out some ideas for other items that work well depending on your team and or opponents.

example:
-bottle, are you controlling mid?
-Vanguard vs Perseverance - what are you up against and or what roll are you playing.
-Desolator can easily be filled in for heart of Tarrasque especially if your pushing towers.
-Does anyone on your team have Vladmir's Offering?

Why do you need silence at level 1? Swarm is much more useful in early game.

Look at your final build. 20hp regen + Trasque. You are not a tank, dont need this hp regen. Bloodstone and Linken is enough for regen.
Orchid? No need for attack speed; the second skill is silence. Orchid - waste of money.

My final build:
Phase boots - Bloodstone - Shadow Blade - Scythe of Vyse - Linken Sphere - Skadi.
