How to 9v5.

Farm, farm, and farm some more. This guide is very straight forward as to the skill points and purchase order. You buy the starting items, then work towards the Core items. It's basically "what your inventory should look like" at different stages of the game. Early game for the Starting items, Mid game for the Definitive Core items, and Late game for DAT MEEPWN.

I know this guide is very short, sweet, and to the point. However, I will touch on some major points I feel necessary to cover.

#1, DO NOT FEED. Even if you're getting NO last hits in lane, just chill, soak xp until lvl 3, and once you have 2 Meepos, you can just jungle. You'll catch up. TRUST ME.

#2, FARM. Do not farm inefficiently. This honestly makes me want to rage at other Meepo players. Once you have 3-4 Meepos, don't keep them grouped up, farming one place at a time. Split them. Send the main Meepo somewhere, with the 2 clones somewhere else. And 2-2 once you have 4 Meepos. With 5, and some practice, you can farm 3 places with ease. That's 2 lanes and a jungle of farm all at once! And if you're grouping them as one to farm, you're also missing out on his one saving grace of an escape. POOF. If you have all 5 Meepos in one spot, you never have the option of Poofing them away if you get in trouble. with one Meepo in lane and 2 in the jungle, you can quickly Poof the two in the jungle to lane (or one in lane to the jungle) in case of an emergency. There's a reason his ult is named "Divided We Stand."

#3, LEARN TO CONTROL GROUP/TAB. Seriously guys, there are about 500 videos out there about how to controlgroup and tab units. Please watch some. I could, but honestly don't feel the need to go over it here. I'm making this guide on the assumption you're intelligent enough to Google on your own. If not, maybe you should be looking at Drow or Riki guides instead. (HINT, HINT) Without good controlgroups, you will never farm efficiently, or play a good Meepo. If anyone is interested, I'll just say mine is as follows:
1 - Main Meepo
2 - Meepos 2-5
3 - All 5 Meepos
4 - Meepos 2 & 3
5 - Meepos 4 & 5

To be completely honest, you don't "need" 4 and 5. To play well, 1-3 are good enough. I used only those for quite some time. However, after many games with him (once my micro skills got better, ahem), I made groups 4 and 5 for a little extra control. The Main Meepo is not in those groups because he's by himself on 1. It makes it simple to jump around the map, A-clicking, queueing, and passively farming 3 places at once by using 1 for the Main Meepo to farm one lane, 4 for Meepos2/3 to farm another lane, and 5 for Meepos4/5 to farm the jungle.

#4, FOR ****'S SAKE, LEARN TO BLINK-POOF. Press 2 to select Meepos 2-5, tabWclick-tabWclick-tabWclick-tabWclick, Hit 1 really fast and Blink to the destination. You definitely have to have some practice. You'll get better with time. Go in a BOT MATCH and do it 30 times! That's what bot matches are FOR! So use it!!! I've ran into a lot of other Meepos who do decently, but eh. And I'll ask them when they're buying Blink Dagger..."Why would I buy Blink?" or "Dude, I can't do that s***! LOL I wish!" and I just facepalm. People act like it's impossible. NO. It's not. It's called Muscle Memory. You may screw up 100 times, but once you can do it without watching your hands, you've learned it, and can continue to do it until you are faster with it. PRACTICE. That's why this game has PRACTICE matches, PRACTICE modes, and PRACTICE bots. Because it requires PRACTICE to be good. Not "talent", "born-Dota-greatness" or any of the like. Every Pro was a noob at some point. Practice like they did, and maybe you'll be the next one.

As a final word, I'd just like to say, I'm SORRY for any attitude you may have gotten during this guide and thank you for sticking around to the end. I'm a bit of a rough-handed teacher, but just want to help point people in the right direction to play the heroes that the average player finds difficult. I know I didn't cover everything here, but if you have any questions, comments, suggestions, or feedback, please feel free to leave them here, or message me on Steam. I'm more than happy to answer in the best way that I can, to the extent of my knowledge. I'll never turn away someone who wants to learn. Good luck, guys, and godspeed on mastering the Meepo!

Who am I kidding? I'm not sorry lol...
