This is a build that I find to be particularly effective against almost anyone. You max Searing Arrows first because it can give you harass and good last hitting power without having to buy much in the way of damage. Then you want to intertwine Searing Arrows with Strafe because it maximizes your early game kill potential. You should get one level of Skeleton Walk because it gives you potential to become an early game ganking monster.
These are items that help. Manta Style will purge Debuffs and stuns while Aether lens will help your range. There are the generic items you cant try for like Orchid and BKB to make your team fights as efficient as possible. MoM is there for an insane attack speed buff to ensure that you outpace any of your opponent in damage. Skaddi is great for slowing opponents while Butterfly gives you an obscene dodge rate in order to avoid incoming attacks
You can jungle with Clinkz in the early, to mid game. Once you have your ult, cast it on a jungle creep then start farming the camps to get a butload of xp. This way is an alternative to laning because it gives you more xp because the hero isn't there to force you out the jungle. It is permissible to jungle without your ult but only once you are a high enough level to make the hp and mana loss viable. Also when jungling make sure that you cast your ultimate on the highest level creep available to maximize your xp gain
This hero is decent with any hero that has a stun. He has the potential just cut any hero down within seconds if he is farmed. Clinkz is a decent team fighter, he can really clean up after any team fight thanks to his Searing Arrows. Clinkz is also good on his own against any hero who has a moderate amount hp. Stay away from any hero's that can silence you. If your silenced, your most likely dead.
