I dunno about the manta, but everything else seems pretty good. Craggy exterior should be leveled before stats though, IMO.

There is a bottle in there. He doesnt need arcane if he has a bottle. Nearly every pro team is running this exact strat with tiny. Movement speed and attack speed.
