They dont. LS stacks with some and Skadi cna stack with searing arrows. Thats what I know at least.

They dont stack, it just refreshes the duration if its a slow.

On the heroes with Orbs: What happens if you use them like a spell (e.g. hitting Q before every attack with Viper)? Do they stack then, or are they still non-stackable?
