You can take a screenshot of whatever scene you like with steam using F12 or whatever else you use to take screenshots. Leave Dota2 if you've used the F12 option and a window will prompt up asking you if you want to upload to the steam cloud servers and an option to also upload it to facebook.

All you have to do is F12 in game. It will appear after closing the game in steam.
