He comes from the land behind the wall, and if you try attacking him, he can surge away, vacuum u away, or create a wall to scare you away.

My guess is:Puck

He comes from another dimension. He seems nice and has some dialoges regarding this is a strange world, etc..
Also he has phase shift ability which gives him the chance to dodge spells.
