•Preventions better than cure - hence good map awareness and knowing when to retreat will protect you from ganks

•If you are far from your tower and you don't see anyone on the map, you are not safe.

•If there's a fed Tinker/Riki/Storm Spirit/Wisp + Anyone and your not near Tower/Team, you are not safe, especially if you are a weak support.

•Whenever walking into dangerous territory, ask yourself, do I have an escape plan. If you are playing Lifestealer/Juggernaut for example, Rage/Blade Fury + TP is a great way to escape.

•Yes, TP scrolls are one of the best ways to escape. Use it after they have used up their disables. Note that many abilities have ministuns.

•Items like Eul's + Blink, Force Staff and Ghost Scepter are great to escape. If playing a carry, BKBing + TP is also great but note that that's a wasted second of your BKB.

•Juking is an art, one I am terrible at. Juking is the art of using vision blockers like high ground and trees to prevent enemy vision. You can do this by entering clearings in trees, aka Juke spots.

•Juking is also about running in an unexpected manner. If there are heroes blocking your escape, run in the opposite direction. Running towards base isn't always the best way to escape.

•Juke Spots - credit to its creator who played the original DotA - not sure who exactly.

•Once enemies have no vision of you, TP to escape.

•Even if escape is impossible, make sure to waste the enemies time by running.

•One of the most important strategies in dota is split pushing. Usually you need to commit 2-3 hero for a successful gank. If an ally is getting ganked and is successfully wasting the enemies time, push the rest of the lanes and damage/destroy the tower.

•If enemies are diving past towers, TP to the tower to assist - you might easily punish the overextension. However, use common sense. Do not TP to a tower to help if you are the only one to TP vs 3/4 diving enemy heroes.

•Don't try to be a hero and risk your own life. Help from range and run when you are of no further help. Too many times, people try too hard to save ganked heroes and end up dying themselves.

•If somebody is trying to save your life, RUN. Don't make the mistake of trying to turn the gank around and end up dying also, making their sacrifice useless.

•Sacrificing yourself to save a carry is situational - do it if the end result would be carry living with a possibility of your own survival. If saving the carry is but a slim chance, it isn't worth your own life. Similarly, if helping would guarantee your own death, it usually isn't worth it.

•Place items you want to buy next in the quickbuy box(drag and drop item into the box above the gold value bar). If ganked, quickly hit the quickbuy hotkey and spend your gold so you don't lose too much gold when dying. Don't do this though if you think you need to buyback.

Juking is just a mechanic that rolled over from Warcraft 3 because of line of sight and vision mechanics, there is no creator because this is something that was intended to be implemented. If you're talking about specific juking spots on the Dota2 map then obviously there is no "Creator" because these are discovered by different people and used without much theory crafting or thinking.
