WATER THINGY BEST THINGY.

You need E-blade and some AGI for it though.... BUT STILL WATER DOUBLE PEW SO FUN.

No one likes Rubick? Can steal anything.

Btw, it isn't burst, but the hero with the highest single-target damage is Bane. Higher than Lina, only because Brain Sap is pure damage and Nightmare is HP removal.

Tinker, perma-sheep with as much nuke as you have mana for. Dagon 5 + Ethereal Blade on a 1 second rotation...
