Spirit Breaker beats centaur. Try and lane with centaur and hit him everytime he comes in for a last hit. This will set him up for early deaths. When you see him in lane near teammates, charge in, and right after you stun him he will go for his stun, use your ult. If you timed it right you will stun him again mid stomp, and hopefully your allies have nuked him down by then. Basically, don't give him him any room to breath and you will win.
