Looking for Two Active Players for a Dota 2 Team

Greetings, we are looking for people to form a professional team...
To start with, I need to point out that I'm not interested in a team where ''learning together'' is the aim, I want players that already know how to play their roles and move around in CM mode.
The main idea is to practice every day and be constant and active so as to get in shape for tournaments as quickly as we can.
Requirements:
-Be active players.
-Fluent English, I do not want communication issues.
-Looking for people from North and South America only (due to time zone reasons), we will play mostly on US East server.
-Aim to be the very best and nothing else.
-Have a big time availability, we have practice everyday, starting at 1pm to 4pm (florida time) and we practice at night aswell: from 7.30 pm to 9.30pm (NIGHT PRACTICE IS OPTIONAL). THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT requirement, we are really looing for active players, and if you want to go pro, then you need to practice with your team a lot in order to do it. PS: If some days you cant practice, but like one or two its ok.

--Players with experience in competitive dota will be taken more into account.

If you feel like you meet all requirements, do not hesitate in adding the team captain for doing some try-outs. Regarding the roles or position thing, we will discuss it with the team to see what role is better for each player.
