looking for vh player to play

Hi there, I'm looking for experienced player to play and form a team together with me. Just an introduction of myself. I play Dota 2 for about a year now and I've played tons of warcraft Dota before. Most of my solo queue has been on very high since 6 months ago and I was dropped to high queue a couple of times when I play with some of my friends (or even when i solo q).

Currently I have about 1048 wins and about 1019 loses. 60 % of my matches was in Very High bracket with 31% on high, and 7% in normal.

What I'm looking for? an experienced player that I don't need to tell what to do, most importantly someone that is enjoyable to play with. That goes the other way, if you feel like i'm inadequate for you and (or) you're not comfortable playing with me, I'm fine with you telling me the truth. Most importantly non-rager. I don't enjoy playing with someone who rages to enemy/allies/or me. Any problem will be handled with critics.

My timezone and play time? my timezone is EDT, i'm flexible with my play time..

My aim for this?
1st. To have enjoyable play-mate.
2nd. To form a team together, next members will be hand picked by us together.
3rd. To solidify the team, team-work, playing as a team on daily basis or at least 3 days a week.
4th. To enter casual tournament.

Can add me, I play high roughly 90% of the time, everytime i've peaked into very high i've had some absolute moron on my team so we lose and i can't stick into very high.
