Looking for high-very high skilled players

Been playing DOTA since roughly 2008, I play a good chunk of DOTA 2 (logged over 1000 hours) I'm just sick of playing in pubs, i had a good string of people who i'd play with for a while and they all stopped playing. I'd like to find my way onto a team and play in tournaments.

Strengths - Off lanes, Jungles, Supports/nukers, some hard carries. Know all hero's, even the ones who havn't come out with yet. Know ward stops, ect ect ect.

Weaknesses - Mid's. I need someone to work with me in captains mode more to get a better understanding of how to set up a good pick/ban list.

To elaborate on that I know what hero's do, I know who counter's who, But i could just use an eye opening into being a captain, or helping captains make proper picks.

I play roughly 8-12pm EST, 7 days a week, weekends i play more.
