So lately people keep giving up. I played a Game Today And we had no towers down and the other team had all t1 and one t2 and everyone was like GG, I told them hey, I am riki and I will win this for us, we also have Phantom Lancer. They kept saying "Dude I like your positive thinking but we are going to lose"

Guess what, we won the game. I had this happen so many times the last few weeks its just plan annoying.

I guess the main question and thought is when is it really okay to GG? I mean I have came back from crazy behind and also lost when really hard ahead. I just hate when people GG after 10 and rage quit.

Were they playing supports? Most of the time if a game is slightly bad for the team as a whole it will seem unwinnable to the supports.
I only gg out when the ancient is down or everyone else leaves, because prematurely giving up can hurt your morale and reduce your chances of a comeback.

As a support you have little glimmer of hope for fun even if you come back. That is because if the team comes back it is because of the Cary's who will all have moderate farm and ok items wile the supports have boots and 2 twigs. Just keep the positive attitude and if some one will not stop saying gg you could politely reminds them they can leave and take eary abandonment if they want.
My lone druid starting items are 12 Iron wood branches, 6 for the hero and 6 for the bear. Even if the bear does not get stats more twigs are OP on any hero.

They also may be displaying how pr0 they are at the game. You see, by throwing down an early GG, they remove all expectations of winning, and tacitly imply that the reason their team is doing so poorly is because of the other 4 players on it. It turns them from an active participant in a game going badly for their team to just an observer, who can then make snarky comments about what a bunch of scrubs the public matchmaking system gave them to play with.

This is a well-documented advanced dota tactic applied by super mlg hardcore dota badasses to help make sure that everyone knows that, no matter how badly things are going for them, it's everyone else's fault.
