[USE/USW] Starting Team, LF Players

I want to find a team to play with. I currently play with friends but the schedules are weird and we're not always on the same skill level. Some prerequisites are: Have a somewhat stable internet. I'm a bit of a hypocrite in this area, my internet has been acting up for the past month or two, but I'll be getting new internet soon and even now it's not a huge problem. Just make sure you aren't constantly abandoning games due to DCs. Play in the Very High skill bracket and have 300 wins minimum OR provide proof that you aren't new to Dota. I don't like to sound elitist, but I really do want to be playing with a group of people that all play on the same skill level, so that we're not dragged down by constant bad decisions and lack of game knowledge. And of course, be able to communicate in English fluently.

If you are interested, leave a comment here and I'll message you. My work schedule is pretty lenient and I should be able to play most days out of the week, and certainly nights. Make sure you aren't bogged down by work or what have you, so that you can at least play on a somewhat regular basis.

I act as team captain, I've drafted for CM games going back to Dota 1, but I do encourage criticism of my drafts. Much of the time, if it isn't a team game, I may draft for fun instead of stacking tryhard meta picks. Be able to have fun.
