I didn't watch the MVP games, but it does seem like they threw everyone a curveball.. Top of the group, from the underdogs!

EG have been performing badly in LAN grand finals this year. They are 0-8. Which is a little crazy.

On the otherhand, it's an indication that DOTA really is at the highest level it's ever been. Because any top team can realistically beat any other top team.

MVP are just a fantastic story, coming from from the worst region to become one of the outright best in the world, staying together for years, working at it and working at it. Between top 4 at Shanghai, and victory here, I'd say that our Korean overlords are finally here.

Sucks that the Korean scene had to die first. Maybe this will bring it to life a little, but I doubt it.

Since you just can't have enough Chaos Breaker.

Maybe time to consider a Seoul Major after the Shanghai debacle?

The only thing about that is that Volvo is trying to hold one major in each one of the four main 'regions' of Dotes, and SEA's major is Manilla. I could see them replacing Shanghai with Beijing or... maybe Singapore? Not sure if Singapore counts as Chinese region or not. Regions are weird.

Oh I know that, I'm just saying for the next round of majors, Valve should consider Seoul being the host to the "SEA" major. Also, Hong Kong could be potential location for a Chinese Major.
