2-3k MMR Indian team/SE Asia team looking for Players(3 Required)

Hello guys, we looking for players around 2-3k MMR for ranked and small tournament games .
Prefered Indians because me and my mate live in Delhi,India.
But from any region of Se ASia or even Europe or US are welcomed, provided you speak English well and can play in SE Asia server wihout any problem.

Skills looking for-
1.Communication Skills
2.Versatality (good hero pool learned well around 30-40 heroes)
Does make drafting better if we hav players with big and good hero pool.
3.Good Pro game knowledge and aware of wats happening in pro scene of Dota
4.Non-smurf/Original account/Smurf but still can add as friend.-WE both got smurf account and cant add friends atm.
5.Nice solid experience in Dota-1000 Hour+
6.Available for a game almost anytime when needed-Regular or has a fixed time everyday unless has some urgent work/emergency.
