Looking for friends to play together

Hi all I'm finding people to form a casual dota team to have fun with. I wan to have fun but at the same time I want to play the best I can. I'm quite tired of playing with pubs that random heroes and don't care what their teammates are playing.

These are the characteristics of ppl I hope to find:

-Reasonably experienced player at support/roaming/semi-carry heroes. (at least up some wards in the entire game)
-Mature and willing to criticize constructively and take criticisms as well. (we are all learning)
-Active and available to play at around 9pm-11pm (+8 GMT, I live in Singapore)
-Serious about the game but always remembering that it is what it is, just a game. Frens (human beings) are much more important than some game. So no flaming and raging against teammates or opponents likewise.

I play mostly solo mid/ganking and carry heroes. A few examples would be Leshrac, QOP, Invoker or TA, LoneDruid, Drow, PA. I am looking forward to playing more meta heroes with team mates though.
